I LOVE TEACHING PEOPLE HOW TO BAKE
I am one of the two resident judges on the Great Kiwi Bake Off, but more than judging bakers, I love TEACHING bakers.
I am 100% self taught and yes, that means I made up my techniques and recipes as I grew. They might not be what you'd learn in patisserie school but they work for me.
My biggest goal when teaching baking is to take the fear out of something that is scary to a lot of people. Baking doesn't have to be as intimidating as it looks, there are some key fail proof rules, some little hacks to cut corners for unprofessionals like us, and ways to make a cake that taste insanely good, and if you've put love into it, it'll show in the looks.
I have taught classes:
- - at members only hotel clubs
- - in corporate offices for team building
- - for bachelorette parties and birthday parties
- - for fans and budding bakers on Zoom
- - and in so many more settings!

Rates start at $100/head for in person classes where I bring the ingredients. Digital class rates depend on the usage.
