I’ve taken my favorite elements of a black forest cake and made it my own.
This rich, flourless dark chocolate cake is filled with cherries and raspberries, covered in chocolate cream cheese buttercream and topped with freeze-dried raspberries & cherries, house-made berry coulis and hazelnut crunch.
This cake is naturally Gluten Free.
CAKE: Callebaut 70% Dark Chocolate, caster sugar, salted butter, free-range eggs, ground almonds, cocoa powder, raspberries, cherries
ICING: Salted butter, cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla powder, vanilla extract, cream, Callebaut 70% Dark Chocolate
DECORATIONS: Raspberry coulis (raspberry, icing sugar), hazelnut praline (sugar, hazelnuts, colour, flavour), freeze-dried raspberries, freeze-dried cherries, freeze-dried blackberries
