ESPRESSO DARK CHOCOLATE

This cake is smooth in texture and deep in coffee flavor, the chunks of Callebaut 70% dark chocolate add an extra layer of luxury. Both cake and icing are made with only the best quality freeze-dried espresso powder from Intelligentsia, which is then dusted with a delicate blanket of the finest Dutch cocoa.

This cake can be made gluten free or vegan upon request.

This can contains flour and cannot be made gluten-free.

This cake is optionally vegan (dairy and egg free). Please note we use Callebaut 70% Dark Chocolate callets in both the regular and vegan versions of this cake which may contain traces of dairy so this cake is not suitable for people with a dairy allergy.

This cake contains ground almonds and hazelnuts. Please note that while we wish we could, we cannot cater for any kind of nut allergy as our kitchen is too small and there are nuts everywhere!
